February - March : International Carnival of Mulhouse

This popular event unites thousands of celebrants from all over France, but also Germany, Switzerland... a tradition of the Rhine area, the carnival is spread out over several days, and has many small events: election of the carnival queen, shows, cavalcade, traditional evenings...

May : International Mulhouse Exhibition Fair

Each year, the International Exhibition Fair is the main springtime event; it brings together 150 000 visitors, attracted by the shows, demonstrations, theme-exhibitions... and the 700 exhibitors.

July : The Great Automobile Parade

This is the event of the summer, the European meeting for old car enthusiasts, organised by the city of Mulhouse. Three days of celebration, music, emotions, centered around a passion for cars, with exhibitions, parades, tourist rallies, concerts...

End of August : the Mulhouse Jazz Festival

This festival is dedicated to " free music ", a no holds barred approach to jazz, displaying and revealing the world of creative freedom. Around a hundred musicians of all nationalities give about thirty concerts at this festival.

October : October days

A festival which is much prized by gastronomy and local produce enthusiasts, and those who like to celebrate with friends and family. It is also an opportunity to discover " Folie 'flore ", an exhibition of flowers, water, gardens...

End of November to end of December : "Taste Christmas in Mulhouse"

Christmas is a magical moment in Mulhouse, for the city organises a lot of festivals : the Christmas market, Advent concerts, the Christmas parade... the town is decorated with lights which turn the Advent period into a magical moment.
